Plea for help

This idea first came upon me when I stumbled upon this video called Invisible Children. This started out as 4 college students that felt that they had a calling to go to Africa. When they went they discovered so much more than they had desired. Thousands and Thousands of children were abducted, lost and alone to die. This happened in a country in Africa called Uganda where the rebels went on strike and started pillaging villages and mass murdering entire groups. Watching this video was very sad and hard for me at first because these people that are alone have nothing. They have no place to call home, no food, just the clothes on their back(if they had any when the crimes started). The children aren't being taught by their parents and several of them are even training with the rebels and their guns. If you do not do what a rebel asks, you will be shot.

"Where you live shouldn't determine whether you live."

Another thing that has been bothering me is the fact that our country feels as if It should help EVERY other country financially and we're plummeting ourselves into deeper debt. We have poor people here in our country, we have homeless, sick, and lonely people residing here, in OUR COUNTRY. HELP is needed everywhere. I am considering proposing my ideas to some bigger companies.

Is it possible I could start a movement?

How can I start it?
